1. CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?
Yes. Our hair is 100% unprocessed hair that can be colored and or bleached. However, when coloring hair we recommend that you consult with a professional.

2. DOES THIS HAIR SHED?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched on to a weft is entitled to experience
minimum shedding. To help with shedding each bundle is double wefted. We recommend that your stylist upon the installation, stitch and knot around the weft and not through the weft of the tracks this will prevent shedding

3. HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
With good maintenance, our hair can last a lifetime. We put no expiration date on our hair.
Please treat this hair as you would treat your own. Excessive heat or color can result in the reduction of its natural pattern.

4. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, after orders are placed changes and cancelations are permitted.

5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHAT'S THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
Our processing time is 1-3 days to get your order shipped out. Order processing begins as soon
as an order is submitted. We ship our hair daily. It may not take the full 72 hours to process your
order.

6. MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR STOLEN, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
2 Raw Strands is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. The customer must file a claim with the courier.

1. Shampooing Extensions:

Continuously detangle your hair prior to wetting it utilizing a
wide tooth comb or brush starting from the ends. Very much like you would treat your own head
of hair, wash it! Oil’s cause develop which is off limits. Some of us like to co-wash (utilizing just
conditioner), which is entirely fine yet you still want to use a shampoo that will eliminate any
extra oils.

2. Deep Conditioning Extensions:

It’s important that you condition your weave, particularly with curly hair. Deep conditioning assists with detangling, and keeping your curl pattern. Shampoo strips hair; you must retain moisture in the hair to keep it from tangling.

3. Bedtime Routine:

The best way to protect your hair around bedtime. We recommend using both the silk scarf and pillow; these items assist your hair with retaining
moisture and keeping your hair soft, plush, and laid.

4. Drying Your Bundles:

Letting your bundles air dry is highly recommended for best results.
